Resident Stories

What drew you to Trilith? I am a Realtor by profession. I read about the community in Curbed Atlanta and became intrigued. Initially, I scheduled a showing for a new client I thought would be interested in the neighborhood. I fell in love instantly, and I wasn’t even in the market to purchase a new home. While touring the neighborhood I felt like I was at a resort on vacation. I thought this would be a great place to escape and getaway from my hectic busy Atlanta in-town life.

How long have you lived in the neighborhood? I closed on my house in mid-July.

What is the best part of living in this community? I love the diversity and how welcoming everyone is. I feel a sense of community every time I come home.

What amenity are you enjoying the most? I love the pool. It is so tranquil. But, I think the walking trails could become my favorite amenity.

What do you do in your spare time? I work out and ride my bike.

How does living in Trilith fuel your creativity? I can see myself spending a lot of time down by the lake writing, meditating and just relaxing.
