Trilith is the largest geothermal community in the US. Homes are powered from energy harnessed underground.
Green Initiatives
Every detail of Trilith is designed with sustainability in mind. 50% of the development is preserved for green space. The pedestrian pathways throughout the community are made with crushed slate to allow for efficient percolation and groundwater flow. Every home is one block from a green space, allowing residents plenty of room to roam.
Healthy Homes
Our high green standards for each home are not only good for the environment and your energy bills, they’re good for you and your family’s health and wellness. For example, we require low toxicity in all the materials used, we use as much natural light as possible which supports better mood and sleep, and our exceptionally high quality air filtration system helps with mold, pollen, and other allergens. Our geothermal system means there are no air compressors constantly humming outside, subconsciously grating on your nervous system. And significantly, the walkability and connection with your neighbors might be your home’s biggest gift to your health.
Smaller Footprint
Perhaps the most important step we take in both our green initiatives and efforts to enable true community is to build our homes smaller and closer together than most of or contemporaries (the McMansions). This approach requires less material to build the homes (did you know construction materials make up 40% of today’s landfills?) and less resources to run them. Plus, with more intimate lot sizes, you’ll have more opportunities to connect with your neighbors.

Landscaped with boardwalks, creeks and waterfalls, 15 miles of walkable and cycle-friendly pathway meander throughout the residential and Town Centre community.

Guests are encouraged to turn Galentine’s Day into a destination experience by visiting Trilith LIVE, the town’s newly opened, state-of-the-art entertainment complex and theater.
