We’re building an extraordinary town for the next generation of creators, entrepreneurs, and storytellers.

Gathering & Flourishing
Our community provides remarkable spaces to grow and flourish, from parks and pools to structures for creating together.

Community Parks
Every home in Trilith is adjacent to a beautifully landscaped park or pocket park, with amenities ranging from inspiring art to tennis and basketball courts. Green spaces include Central Park, Bellwether Park, Triangle Park, The Great Lawn, Cherrytree Park, Central Plaza and a variety of others.

Dog Park
The dog park for residents and their four-legged companions is designed with separate gated entrances for big and small dogs. Tunnels, water features and hills are part of this imaginative pooch playscape.

Food Trucks and Activities
In addition to new Town Centre restaurants, expect food trucks especially on weekends serving our community and guests. Honeysuckle Gelato carts, the Fuel Coffee mobile unit and Hanna Brothers mobile restaurant make frequent appearances as well as many others sourced from surrounding communities. Leisurely activities such as Fayette County's first Cornhole ATL league have just arrived in the neighborhood, now that there's critical mass.

Geothermal Community
Trilith is one of the world's largest and most renowned georthermal energy communities with its homes powered from energy harnessed directly underground.

Lake
Residents and visitors love to walk, run and cycle around the lake at Trilith. Expect to see uncommon vegetation and wildlife, and we've also been known to host movie and television productions in and around this stunning body of water.

Micro Villages
Throughout Trilith are Micro Villages demonstrating the best of living in small spaces. The first Micro Village is adjacent to forest and nature trails, and a second being completed is designed with a French Provincial motif. Communal cookouts and campfires are popular in these spaces.

Pergola
This new structure by the lake at Trilith was commissioned to two brothers from Alabama who specialize in vintage lumber and reclaimed materials. The base and sub frame is 100 year old steel from the same time period as the brick on the Trilith 210 office building. The flooring is cedar, and the roof is cedar and copper. The mix of materials is part of what makes it special. It serves a functional purpose, yet is also a piece of art.

Town Stage
Debuting in 2021 is the Trilith residential community's very own sound stage, the Town Stage, a multi-use facility for events, small scale filming and community gatherings. It's the ideal structure for a community dedicated to stimulating imaginations and sharing great content.
Creativity & Education
Creativity is a tenet of our town, whether in the classroom with our own school or through experiences in our community.

Apiaries
Trilith is partnered with Bee Downtown to ensure bees are a healthy part of our community ecosystem. Residents have enjoyed an extra benefit of the apiaries: fresh seasonal honey!

Art & Sculptures
You'll find artistic flourishes throughout the community, from stone structures to distinctive metalwork. Our artist in residence has several surprises in store for upcoming months.

Forest School
This K-12 Acton Academy offers exceptional education on property. The school leaders believe each person who enters its doors will find a calling that will change the world.
Nature & Wellness
Fifteen planned miles of trails augment a community devoted to individual and family health, including a world-class wellness facility.

Piedmont Wellness Center
Located in Trilith Town Centre is a world-class facility for health and wellness. This 54,000 square foot facility features state-of-the-art equipment and a staff of degreed and certified wellness professionals. As a medically integrated fitness center, it provides dynamic services for fitness and health maintenance.

Solea Pool
Trilith's resort style pool is a signature architectural wonder in the community, perfect for resident family gatherings and for swimming along the horizon. Neighbors have planned everything from parties to in-pool movie screenings within this space.

Woodland Trails
A gorgeous nature trail around the perimeter of the residential and Town Centre community is the first of 15 miles of planned walkable and cycle-friendly pathways. Landscaped with boardwalks, creeks and waterfalls, find an entrance to the trails near the Micro Homes beside the forest preserves.

Basketball Courts
Shooting hoops is a popular pastime for residents, so we have our own basketball court. It is located in Central Park near tennis and table tennis areas.

Tennis Courts
Residents enjoy tennis courts in the Central Park area. It's the perfect amenity for friendly competition and daily wellness.

Community Gardens
Residents enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables growing in lakeside structures and throughout the community property. Homegrown blueberries have been particularly popular in resident recipes.

Playground
Located in Central Park is an imaginative playscape with areas to climb, swing and stimulate minds and bodies. Find this playground right behind the Solea residential pool area.
Ping Pong Table
Nobody has seen a table tennis set-up like this! Our ping pong court is atop a large hand coming out of the earth. Expect flourishes like this throughout the property.
shop & dine here
We’ve carefully curated a collection of shops and restaurants for our Town Centre to provide unexpected cuisine from award-winning local chefs and exciting wares and experiences from local boutiques.

Super Saturday! Mark the Calendar for Saturday, July 30

After a busy month, celebrate and wind down at Super Saturday at the Town at Trilith’s Central Plaza, scheduled for the last Saturday of the month.
As the Summer winds down, the July date will feature a bonus “Back to School Bash,” with water guns, a waterslide, and more to send Summer off with a splash. Guests of all ages will enjoy the music from DJ Wonderbread and activities including hula hoops, dancing, bubbles, giant Jenga, and cornhole.
“Summertime has been fun and we are ready to host our Back to School Bash,” said Anna Messer, event manager at Trilith. “Mark your calendars for July 30, for an epic Summer Super Saturday.” Events are weather-permitting.
At the end of the event, there’s no reason to rush to leave. Spend the evening strolling the Town at Trilith, dine at one of the variety of restaurants, and enjoy a delicious dessert as the sunsets.
Along with the ever-expanding retail and restaurant district, Trilith's 235-acre master-planned residential and mixed-use development is known for balancing small town community charm with big city creativity and storytelling for its residents, many with ties to the film industry. The award-winning new urbanist community includes nearly 1,400 residential homes, ranging from micro homes and treehouses to gated custom estates and Provencal cottages, all within walking distance of retail, restaurants, and parks.
Hours for Super Saturday are 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Participants may park for free in the retail parking lot on Trilith Parkway and at Piedmont Wellness Center. The plan is to continue Super Saturday events monthly through the warmer part of the year.
The Town at Trilith is located at 305 Trilith Parkway, Fayetteville, Ga. To stay informed of activities throughout the year at Trilith, follow @TownatTrilith on social media.
