Trilith Took Home 27 OBIE Awards for Excellence in Homebuilding

Trilith was honored with the Community of the Year Award at the 40thOBIE Awards

ATLANTA - Oct. 25 —Trilith and its builders McKinney Builders, Redwood Home Builders, and 10/23 Construction won 27 OBIE Awards presented by The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association at last night’s gala held at the Georgia Aquarium. Since 1980, the OBIE awards have recognized outstanding achievements in the Atlanta real estate market.  

Thin the Master Plan category was awarded to Trilith. Trilith had special thanks for “all of the incredible teams that have had a part in creating this incredible community.”

McKinney Builders won Gold OBIE awards for the following:

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 26-100 Homes/Year) –$500,000-$599,000

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 26-100 Homes/Year) – $600,000-$699,000

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 26-100 Homes/Year) – $700,000-$799,000

·        Best Building Design – Detached Model – $500,000-$599,000

·        Best Building Design – Attached Model – $400,000-$499,000

·        Best Building Design – Attached Model – $500,000-$599,000

·        Single Family Attached – All Builders – $400,000-$499,000

·        Single Family Attached – All Builders – $500,000-$599,000

McKinney Builders also won a Silver OBIE for Best Building Design in the Attached Model $400,000-$499,000 bracket.

Redwood Home Builders won Gold OBIE awards for these homes:

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 1-25 Homes/Year) – $400,000 to $499,999

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 1-25 Homes/Year) – $500,000-$599,000

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 1-25 Homes/Year) – $600,000-$699,000

·        Single Family – Zero Lot Line – $400,000 to $499,999

Plus, Redwood won Silver OBIE awards for these homes:

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 1-25 Homes/Year) – $900,000-$999,000

10/23 Construction won Gold OBIE awards for the following:

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 1-25 Homes/Year) – $900,000-$999,000

·        Single Family Builder – Detached (Builds 26-100 Homes/Year) – $1.5 Million to $2 Million

For the Single-Family Builder in the Detached (Builds 1-25 Homes/Year) category in the $500,000-$599,000 range, 10/23 Construction won a Silver OBIE.

The Gold and the Silver OBIE for Micro Homes in the Best Building Design Detached Model and $200,000 and under category went to the Trilith Micro Village.

In the Special category, Trilith was presented with two gold OBIE awards for Best Landscape Design (Community) and Best Audio Production for the video "A Day in the Life..." The final award from the Special category was a Silver OBIE for Best Design Center.
