These sessions take place on the first and third Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., inviting participants to engage in invigorating workouts amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Trilith.First Saturday of the Month hosted by SŌZŌ YogaIndulge in the serene practice of yoga, a mindful journey that harmonizes movement, breath, and meditation to enhance physical and mental well-being. Led by experienced instructors, participants will flow through a sequence of postures, emphasizing alignment and breath awareness. The session concludes with relaxation, leaving attendees feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
